Finding Your Way Through Breast Cancer: From Diagnosis Through Survivorship

Sep 19, 2017 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm

A breast cancer diagnosis can be intimidating and overwhelming for patients and their loved ones. This event, featuring members of our Center for Comprehensive Breast Care team, will walk you through the clinical and support services you can expect during your journey through survivorship, including risk factors, advanced imaging for early detection, diet and nutrition considerations, post-treatment rehabilitation, and survivorship. The discussion will be led by Dr. Erica Linden, medical director of Breast Oncology & Cancer Genetics; Dr. Anne Moch, board certified radiologist and breast imaging specialist; Mindy Komosinsky, registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator; and Janice Pesco, director of Rehabilitation Services. Light dinner will be served. Click here for the event information.
